Embryo donation or the sperm donation is the process of donating a sperm or the embryo to the infertile couple for the purpose of artificial insemination. Estrogen therapy is simultaneously started in the recipient during the retrieval time. Oocytes and embryo can be further cryopreserved at -196℃ under liquid nitrogen for future fertility treatments.
