Torsion Ovary

It is a condition as result of complication of the ovarian cysts. The ovaries are rotated and result in the obstruction of the blood flow within the ovaries leading to the death of the ovaries. The death or the infarction finally result in the permanent infertility of the females.

Laparoscopic surgery is the only method of treatment where the uncoiling of the ovary is done and is fixed to prevent back torsion again with the help of laparoscopic intervention.

Laparoscopic Fibroid Excision

This is the invasive surgical method of removal of the uterine fibroids by the laparoscopic methods. It is also called as laparotomic myomectomy. Uterine fibroids are the commonest cause for infertility. Symptoms are painful menstrual bleeding, anaemia and pain abdomen.

Hystero Laparoscopy

Hystero laparoscopy is the method used to evaluate the cause of the infertility in females by visualizing the inner reproductive organs with laparoscopy for the further assessment and treatment of the patient. It also further helps in the diagnosis of any adhesion or growths within the uterus, ovaries and fallopian tubes.
